Improving
Airway Management
Versatile
Modular Design
The
Shikani Optical Stylet
(SOS) provides immediate, clear
visualization of the airway. Combining a great image
with the ease of use and adjustability, the SOS
can help in even the most difficult airway conditions.
The SOS™
is aportable, fiberoptic intubation
scope with a shapeable stylet, oxygen insufflation port,
and self-contained light source that is simple to use,
easy to clean, and affordable.Courses and Universities
teach the device in curriculum across the country and
many hospitals have established it as a standard of
care.
The
SOS - Shikani Optical
Stylet is an innovative airway
management tool easily tailored to your setting and
budget. Rugged components assemble in seconds and can
be sterilized for repeated use.
In addition
to the bright halogen light handle SiteLite handle,
SOS and FAST are compatible with Green specification
(ISO 7376-3) fiber optic laryngoscope handles for basic
illumination. Remote light sources are connected via
fiber optic cable, and existing proximal mount cameras,
to make the perfect tool for teaching airway management.
The Shikani Optical
Stylet combines the benefits of
a malleable stylet, laryngoscope, fiber optic bronchiscope,
jet insufflations and a light wand into a powerful single
hand held airway intubation unit.
Shapable
stylet to conform to the patient's anatomy.
Navigate
around redundant/soft tissue.
Visualization
like a Fiberoptic Bronchoscope.
Insufflation.
Illumination
like a light wand for transluminating.
